And where there is goodness, there is magic!”
In the land of make believe every princes needs a magical Fairy Wand! They sparkle and shine and hold the most spectacular powers! Today we asked our design team to take a twirl around an enchanted land with the most beautiful fairy wands they could imagine….each Prima-fied with shimmery touches.
"Oh how much fun this theme was. It's always fun to create pretty, girly things, especially as I have four boys. When I was brainstorming for my wand I knew it had to be pink and purple with lots of glitter and sequins. It's even got a little canister of glitter potion. I used lots of flowers and cut out papers from the Moon Child collection. I love this, it just squeals magic and fairies." ~ Stacey

"My favourite character in any dress-up game as a kid was to become a fairy. My family couldn't afford a fairy dress back in those days, so my mom used to take a wood stick and attach a paper star and give that to me. For my dress, she used some of her old sarees and made a puffed skirt for me. Voila! I transformed into a fairy. Such simple and beautiful days those were. I always say don't grow up, its a trap! For today I decided to relive my childhood and made some fairy wands. I have used the Santa Baby collection to make my wands and decided to give them a Christmas theme." ~ Mallika
“I had so much fun making this fairy wand for today’s post with some of my favorite Prima products in the Lavender Frost line up! It reminded me of making pretend props for my girls when they were little for plays at school!” - Anita
With three of my own daughters I remember their sweet childhood make-believe worlds! They could jump from being a twirling princess with a fairy wand to a sword-wielding, swashbuckling hero in five seconds flat. I never hindered their quest for whatever dreams they had, but I also let them be themselves…unique girls in a land where anything was possible! Now with five little granddaughters this post brought back those magical moments! I am so excited to try my hand at making a few wands!
